OUR LOCATION

Studios 11and11aruba is located in front of a beautifull park in an upscale residencial neighborhood of Oranjestad only 2 minutes by car or 10-15 walking minutes from the best beach of Aruba, Eagle Beach.

Fantastic malls, bars and restaurants are a mere 7 minutes car ride away, as is downtown Oranjestad.

The best supermarket of the island, Superfood is only 2 minutes away by car, or 10 minutes walking. We have various small strip malls with some restaurants, a cinema, laundry, car rental, bars etc at walking distance.

How to get to the beach? Although Aruba is not know for easy walking, we are very lucky. From our house you can walk in 10-15 min. to Eagle Beach using a short cut avoiding almost all road travelled by cars. The only not so convenient point is where you have to cross the double roads at Taco Bell. Traffic tends to be light though and as it is a well know crossing, drivers tend to give you right of way.

AS MILLIONS OF YEARS AGO… Aruba used to lay below sea level, most of the island consist of very hard coral. This coral is so hard that it took us more than 10 days to excavate your pool.

Our pool is very private and is only shared by our own 4 studios.

Who are we

We are a couple (podiatrist and business consultant) who love to travel and to meet people. We have lived and worked in various countries and bought our house in wonderful Aruba with the intention to open a limited number of self contained rental studios so other people can enjoy Aruba like we do.

We have found a fantastic house in an upscale residencial neighborghood at walking to the best beach of Aruba, Eagle Beach. In the meantime we have transformed our house into a fantastic little spot in paradise.

Ours studios has been decorated with our own personal items, acquired while living in the USA, the Netherlands, Colombia and Spain. Ours is a studio with a personal touch!

Although everybody is very welcome, we offer our accomodations to travelers who are looking for a quiet place to stay and are travelling without children and/or pets.

Our Rooms

Ours studios are all brand new. All 4 of them have a private bathroom and their own kitchenette, with cooking plate and fridge and 3 of them are located directly in front of our beautiful pool and spacious sun terrace. The 3 studios in front of the pool have their own outside porch. Count with queen size beds in all studios. Bedlinen and bathtowels are included.

All studios have a small safe, NETFLIX and internet WIFI of the fastest provider of the island. Our internet is very stable and fast; ideal if you need to work.

We have a self check-in system with key safes to retrieve your keys at your convenience. For your safety, the codes to the key safes

If you need to check in early -or leave late- and your studio is not yet available, we offer, free of charge ofcourse, a luggage locker for you to store your luggage in. If you want to use it, we provide you with the keyless code. For your convenience we offer a manual with DO’s and DONT’s of our house and tips of what to do, which beaches to visit, where to eat, etc. on the island. A large map of the island in our outside kitchen gives you a nice idea of the island.

Parking is ample, directly in front of our house.

For a nice day at the beach we offer, free of charge, a coolbox and beachtowels.
