Studios 11and11Aruba is located opposite a beautiful park in an upscale residential neighborhood of Oranjestad, just a 2-minute drive or a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from Aruba’s most famous beach, Eagle Beach.

Downtown Oranjestad, as well as excellent shopping malls, bars, and restaurants, are only a 7-minute drive away. The island’s best supermarket, Super Food, is also very close—just 2 minutes by car or a 10-minute walk. In addition, several small strip malls within walking distance offer restaurants, a cinema, laundry facilities, car rentals, and bars.

Getting to the beach:Although Aruba is not always known for being walkable, our location is an exception. From our property, you can easily walk to Eagle Beach in 10–15 minutes using a convenient shortcut that avoids almost all busy roads. The only point requiring extra attention is crossing the double road near Taco Bell; however, traffic is usually light, and as it is a well-known pedestrian crossing, drivers are generally considerate and give way.

Millions of years ago, Aruba lay beneath the sea. Much of the island is formed from ancient, exceptionally hard coral—so strong, in fact, that it took us more than ten days to excavate the ground for our pool.

Today, that pool is a peaceful and private oasis, shared exclusively by just our four studios, offering a quiet and relaxing space to unwind.

Who are we

We are a couple—a podiatrist and a business consultant—who share a passion for traveling and connecting with people. Over the years, we have lived and worked in several countries, and eventually chose wonderful Aruba as the place to create our home. Our goal was to open a limited number of fully self-contained studios, allowing others to experience Aruba the way we do.

We found a beautiful house in an upscale residential neighborhood, within walking distance of Aruba’s most famous beach, Eagle Beach. Over time, we have transformed it into a charming and intimate spot in paradise. Each studio is thoughtfully decorated with personal pieces collected during our years living in the USA, the Netherlands, Colombia, and Spain—creating spaces with warmth, character, and a truly personal touch.

While everyone is welcome, our accommodations are especially suited for travelers seeking a quiet, relaxing stay, and are therefore designed for guests traveling without children and pets.

Our studios are brand new and thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. All four studios feature a private bathroom and their own kitchenette, equipped with a cooking plate and refrigerator. Three of the studios are located directly in front of our beautiful pool and spacious sun terrace, each with a private outdoor porch overlooking the pool area.

All studios are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Each studio is equipped with a personal safe, a smart TV with the OP TV app, and high-speed Wi-Fi from the island’s fastest provider. The connection is exceptionally stable and fast, making it ideal for guests who need to work remotely.

We offer a convenient self check-in system using secure key safes, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. For your safety, access codes are changed regularly and sent to you via WhatsApp prior to arrival.

If you arrive early or depart late and your studio is not yet available, we are happy to offer a complimentary luggage locker, accessible via a keyless code.

To help you make the most of your stay, we provide a digital house manual with clear guidelines, along with local tips on beaches, restaurants, and island highlights. A large island map displayed in our outdoor bistro kitchen offers a great overview and inspiration for exploring Aruba.

Parking is easy and free, with ample street parking directly in front of the property.

For your beach days, we provide complimentary beach towels and a cool box, so you can relax and enjoy Aruba to the fullest.
